Recent Hyatt Regency Buffalo Review: "Good downtown location, excellent amenities and large rooms at this big hotel. Every single staff member I dealt with gave great service, helpful advice and all were friendly. It really is a full service hotel and the rooms and furnishings are quite luxurious. Room service was fast and efficient - one quibble though: they add on an automatic 18% tip,  and I didn't notice this until I'd already given a 15% tip!!! Wondered why the dinner bill was so high... But the room service waiter was so charming and fast and friendly I don't really mind - indeed had forgotten about it until I sat down to write this review. If you need a place to stay in downtown Buffalo, this is a great place, very convenient to the Peace Bridge to & from Canada."
